From my findings, my corporate culture and my experience management are my strongest assets. My corporate culture is something that we've developed over the last 12 years as a company and I believe that is it is the strongest asset. We often work long hours in tough conditions but continue to laugh and enjoy what we do. Employees are compensated 1.4x the industry average. They are given financing options for homes and over-lending policies. This creates a true sense on community and results in very low turnover.

  1. Hey Robert. I think that the points you made in your final paragraph are pretty significant and truly prove the VRIN you did for the various elements currently utilized at your company. Just how much does your venture relate to the company you work in now? Do you see innovation as a priority? I attempted to expound upon my VRIN but I think that the fact that you made clear what was good and what wasn't is interesting. Great Post!

  2. Hey Robert, nice job with your post. I’m impressed at all the resources you have and how valuable they all are to your business. As for your most important resource, corporate culture, I think this an admirable trait for any company, you may just have an edge over other companies that were to try to compete in your same market. Nice job!
